Grease interceptors and automatic grease removal devices must be cleaned, maintained, and have the FOG and solids removed and disposed of in accordance with your regulatory agency’s best management practices guidelines.

Exhaust hood filters must also be maintained to prevent pollution outside your facility, and to prevent fire.

We recommend using a professional service to clean your exhaust hood and filters, and avoid the hassle and safety issues. We are happy to recommend a vendor.

We are experienced in meeting environmental regulations, and are available to assist you in keeping your facility compliant.
