Our unique cylindrical solids capture is self-contained, keeping the solids out of your Grease Guardian AGRD. Sludge-free, hassle-free maintenance.
Allowing the Grease Guardian to function more efficiently than others on the market.

It's removed from the FRONT of the Grease Guardian, allowing our AGRD to be HACCP approved for food safety controls. No other manufacturers provide this level of comfort and food safety awareness, knowing we're protecting against potential cross-contamination. Grease Guardian Centralized Systems are designed to handle large-flow grease management applications, and divert food solids with the Automatic Solids Transfer (AST) to a separate recycling drum. FOG is diverted to a separate drum for recycling into renewable fuels in your community.
All GGX-AST systems are designed to be self sufficient without the need to be tended to daily, weekly, or even monthly. All key operational components are washed down after each cycle of operation to maintain system performance and maximize the systems reliability. *Wash down capability may be deferred dependent on local authority requirements as in water conservation.
3-STAGE OPERATION
STAGE 2 - Grease & Oil Separation
Wastewater from the kitchen is directed through the inlet of the Grease Guardian. Grease in the water floats to the surface, where it is trapped and sent to the External grease container. BEFORE it gets into your pipes, keeping them and drains ODOR- and
CLOG-FREE.

Maintenance-free. Clear water leaves the unit and enters the drainage system. Your pipes. The city's pipes. Your plumber will miss you! And so will your grease pumper!

The Grease Guardian AGRD (Automatic Grease Removal Device). Sludge-free, odor-free, hassle-free maintenance. Grease is extracted; solids are removed. Both become renewable sources of energy.

STAGE 3- Active Grease Removal
The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controlled heating element is activated to liquefy grease, which is then removed by the skimming wheel and deposited into a portable container for recycling.
